NAMI Rhode Island’s second annual Winter Wellness Event, designed to provide mental health education, resources and support to the community, will take place from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on February 12, 2025, at the Butler Hospital Ray Conference Center, in Providence, Rhode Island. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in workshops, hear from expert speakers and connect with others that share a passion for improving mental health. The event will feature information on valuable wellness tools, skills and activities aimed at enhancing mental well-being during the winter season.
“This event is a wonderful opportunity for individuals to come together, learn new strategies and gain insight into maintaining mental wellness,” says NAMI RI Director Jeremiah Rainville, CCHW, CPRS, CCSP. “We encourage everyone to join us for a day of empowerment and support.”
