The collaborative at Massage Therapy and Wellness of East Greenwich, in Rhode Island, will celebrate its two-year anniversary with a Fall Fest Wellness Fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on October 20, 2024. This free, pop-up vendor event will offer a variety of therapeutic services by local practitioners along with live music, sweet treats, herbal tea and local artisans showcasing items such as jewelry, home décor, holistic and wellness-related products and more.

The day begins with a 45-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation starting at 11:15 a.m. (bring a mat), followed by two hours of 20-minute-long mini-sessions in either reflexology, reiki, craniosacral therapy or cupping. This is a great way to try something new without a big commitment.
