Heal and Release Boston, a free celebration of wellness and community through holistic disciplines, art, movement and music, will take place from noon to 8 p.m. on July 8, 2023, at Malibu Beach, in Dorchester, Massachusetts. The beachside healing village and festival, co-presented by GetOpen Sessions, Urban Sanctuary, Lift As We Climb and Be Free Radio, will gather many holistic and wellness professionals from multiple disciplines to provide their services throughout the day.

Along with yoga, meditation, herbal medicine, wellness consultations, exercise and dance workshops for all fitness levels, there’ll also be healthy food, visual arts installations and kids’ activities, closing with a family-friendly dance party on the beach.

The event will once again support the Better Beaches Program sponsored by the Dorchester Department of Conservation and Recreation and Save the Harbor/Save the Bay.
