Tamara Zentgraf has been in the healing field for more than 30 years as a physical therapist and believes healing occurs on multiple levels. She has practiced and taught reiki for more than 20 years and has been a shamanic provider for three years. She incorporates these healing modalities at Zentgraf Healing Arts (ZHA), with locations in Lancaster, Massachusetts and Watertown, Massachusetts.

ZHA provides healing on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Tamara leads with a listening ear and compassionate heart to empower people to become the best version of themselves.
