Angel Hawk Reiki is offering a discounted introductory reiki session during the month of January 2022 to help with post-holiday stress recovery. According to reiki master practitioner Janice Sutton, reiki gives people a chance to change their energy, leaving the excess stress behind, and move on without the past dragging behind them. Reiki energy accesses the relaxation response, which then clears the body for its own innate wisdom to step in and heal.

Sutton says, “As a registered nurse, I am ever presently aware how stress effects the body. And stress fosters the body to underperform. Reiki accesses that stress and squelches it.”
