Grounding Chaga Cacao

8 oz of non-dairy milk

1 tsp Chaga or other
     functional mushroom

1 Tbsp raw cacao
     powder

½ Tbsp honey or
     maple syrup

1 pinch of sea salt

Cinnamon to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan on the stove on medium heat. Whisk together until all ingredients are well combined. Transfer to a mug and top with a few shakes of cinnamon.
