TriYoga Boston
TriYoga is a complete yoga method. The full spectrum of yoga practices goes far beyond physical exercise and includes eight limbs comprising the full spectrum of yoga practices and a complete ethical and healthy lifestyle designed to maximize the human potential and minimize suffering. These practices encompass all layers of our being (called koshas)—the physical, energetic, mental and emotional, the intellect and the spiritual.
The TriYoga flows unite asana, pranayama, inward focus and concentration. The practice is alignment-based to make it safe and effective, and remove the blocks to the flow of prana, the life force. Increasing the flow of prana increases health and well-being at all levels.
Every class includes breathing and meditation to quiet the mind. The method is systematic, and the practice is safe and accessible to all. The benefits of the practice can be experienced at any level. Students have reported that the practice has alleviated their back pain, anxiety, depression, and increased strength, flexibility and happiness.
