The Wise Way to Yoga for Joints Health
Cecile Raynor of Off The Mat Yoga is now offering a new version of her Wise Way to Yoga online course starting in September. Wise Way to Yoga is tailored towards yogis that want to learn how to practice or teach any style of yoga (from hot yoga to gentle yoga) without reinforcing unconscious habits that create excess tension and pain in our muscles and joints. This is important to explore because too many yogis unknowingly foster injuries to their bodies despite other positive results from their practice.
For those ready to expand their awareness to prevent excess tension leading to muscle and joint pain and injury, the free webinar will be an eye opener and an opportunity to experience the difference between the traditional way to practice, focused on the precision of the poses, and the Wise Way, focused on allowing the best integrated functioning of a yogi’s body within each pose or movement. The course involves weekly webinars.
“Cecile is very skilled at what she does and an amazing teacher. I have had so many insights due to her three-month program. Great for yogis, dancers and anyone who wants to feel better in their skin. This is so needed in the yoga world,” says Relinde Moors, yoga instructor, dancer and choreographer.
Cost: Free webinar introduction to online course. For more information or to sign up for the online course, call 617-359-7841 or visit OffTheMatYogaBlog.com.
