Bring Harmony to Daily Life with Breema
Matthew Tousignant, MA, CMT, and Luna Lacey, CMT, will host a special Breema workshop, Bringing Harmony Into Your Daily Life, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., September 29, at The Boston Center for Contemplative Practice, in Newton Centre. A complimentary Experience Breema evening class to be held from 7 to 9 p.m., September 28, precedes the Saturday workshop, at the same venue. Both the free class and the workshop will be great opportunities to learn how Breema can support an individual to become and remain present.
Since 1980, the Breema Center, in Oakland, California, has helped students actualize Breema’s practical approach to self-understanding and purposeful living. Breema is taught in a refreshingly experiential manner, and is appropriate for laypersons and health professionals alike. Breema’s self-care exercises, partner bodywork and Nine Principles of Harmony combine to effectively orient students to move, think and feel in a new yet totally natural way that allows more availability to experience harmony within themselves, in their relationships and in their lives. All are welcome to participate in this floor-based practice.
Cost: $125. Half-day participation is offered. For more information, call 541-484-2882 or visit Breema.info/boston.
