Groton Wellness will host its annual fall open house from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., October 3. Visitors can enjoy complimentary mini-spa services such as shea butter hand-moisturizing treatments, chair massage and light touch hand-and-brush facial stimulation for radiant skin.

Groton’s integrative medicine practitioners will also be on hand to discuss their healing modalities, from herbal remedies and thermography, to health coaching, detoxification and holistic dentistry. Live music will entertain visitors as they shop participating vendors, and complimentary 20-minute educational discussions will be presented on various health and wellness topics.

This family-friendly event features a farm animal petting zoo, bounce house and crafts for the kids. Groton’s healthy café will be showcasing its “clean food” fall menu, with organic, whole, nutrient-rich, non-GMO natural foods and gluten-free options.
