Mastermind Group for Women Yoga Teachers in Brookline Village
Cecile Raynor
Cecile Raynor, founder and director of Off-the-Mat Yoga, is introducing a new mastermind program called Body Synergy Lab. Designed for women yoga teachers, the program is for those who wish to learn about the practice of strain-free yoga and a strain-free body on and off the mat. It begins in November in Brookline Village and spans one year.
“The Body Synergy Lab will help us to be increasingly free from harmful habits that no longer serve us,” says Raynor. “The program itself is a one-year commitment due to the fact that habits don’t change in a sustainable way overnight.”
Raynor is offering a free presentation on the program on October 23, and she’ll be on hand at The Revolution of Consciousness Expo, in Waltham, on November 1, when she will offer hands-on treatments in the Bodywork Oasis. (TheRevolutionOfConsciousness.com).
“My intention for the mastermind program is to work with women yoga teachers who are ready to invest in themselves and deepen their teaching skills so as to better serve their students and impact the evolution of yoga teaching,” says Raynor. “They will do this by discovering and studying foundational skills based on the Alexander Technique, the best kept secret of famous performers and Olympic athletes who use it to reach their highest potential with grace.”
