Kristine Jelstrup, LMT, CBK, presents a free Energy Testing Workshop from 7 to 9 p.m., November 18, at Central Square Health and Wellness, in Cambridge. Jelstrup will be testing people’s energy fields during the event and speak about the impact of diet on the energy field.

“People love to know how big their energy field is, and I will explain how to grow it by showing them how to muscle test for foods or supplements that expand the energy field,” says Jelstrup. “A bigger, stronger and more balanced energy field will lead to a healthier body, so it’s important to be aware of what affects it, and this workshop will help with that.”
