Janet Kessenich, founder of Spiral Energies, launches a monthly Internet radio show called Creating a Spirited Life, at 8 p.m., June 16, to help listeners integrate spirituality into their daily lives. The Dreamvisions 7 Radio Production will air live on the third Sunday of each month at 8 p.m., on AM1510 NBC Sports Radio Boston, with replays at Dreamvisions7radio.com.

“The show will provide new thoughts, perspectives and ideas to help people experience spirituality in their everyday lives,” says Kessenich. “A spirited life is joyful, satisfying and rich in purpose and meaning, but achieving this is sometimes easier said than done.”

Kessenich says the radio program will draw on the wisdom of guests and interactions with listeners to bring out new ideas and perspectives that can improve lives. “I’ve explored spirituality in everyday life for years, and this program allows me to continue the discussions I’ve been having with clients and workshop participants,” she says. “I’m very interested in helping others, and myself, to have a deeper recognition of the Divine in the everyday.”

Kessenich presents a related workshop, Spa for the Spirit, at The Center at Westwoods from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., June 22.
