About the speakers:

Catherine Walter, NBC-HWC: A National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach specializing in women’s hormone health and perimenopause/menopause, Catherine draws on over a decade of experience and her own journey overcoming chronic illness and hormonal imbalances. She personalizes nutrition and lifestyle strategies for women over 40, helping them thrive during midlife transitions.

Dr. Anila Jha, MD: A board-certified OB/GYN with a certification in menopausal medicine from the North American Menopause Society, Dr. Jha brings expertise in midlife women’s health. With an impressive academic background, including degrees from MIT and George Washington University, she currently practicing at New England Ob/Gyn, Dr. Jha also teaches at Harvard Medical School.

Carol Sullivan, RD, CSO: A Registered Dietitian specializing in oncology nutrition and lifestyle medicine, Carol leads programs at the MGH Cancer Center Lifestyle Medicine Program, helping women address menopause symptoms through diet, activity, stress management, and sleep.

Deb Gowen, RN, CNM: With nearly four decades in women’s health, Deb specializes in hormone therapy and midlife care. A nurse-midwife with advanced training, she has contributed to professional publications, workshops, and podcasts on perimenopause and menopause. Deb combines clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach.
