Lisa Jones has been studying wellness and practicing yoga for more than 3 decades. She is an internationally-recognized Conscious Breathing Practitioner since 1998 and an Nia instructor since 2004 and has taught thousands of individuals on 4 continents; supporting their journeys into the body/mind realm.
Try not to eat at least 2 hours prior to the event (if you have to eat make it something light) and be sure to come hydrated.
