Come out every Wednesday and enjoy the full experience of nature reconnection, we will go deep into the forest and use meditation and yoga to relax our bodies and minds so we can become fully aware and enjoy peace in each moment. Let's create a cultural movement that brings us back in line with the rhythms of nature and makes our sprits whole again.
