Tai Chi Chuan for Health, Balance and Concentration
As an exercise, Tai Chi comprises gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. The continued practice of Tai Chi has reaped many health benefits for over 2000 years! With regular practice you will soon notice that your movements start to become part of your everyday life as you walk more confidently with grace, poise, and with much less stress. Format for the one hour class: 1. Meditation 2. Warm up & Qigong (energy exercise) 3. Tai Chi (moving Qigong) 4. Short cool down
Class begins Thursday, October 7th and continues on Thursdays until December 16. No class November 25 (Thanksgiving) Cost: $99 for the 10-week series
