Try this easy, reliable style of yoga. With Svaroopa® yoga you get a slow moving, adaptable approach. Although we teach many themes, including standing and vinyasa, we are not working up a heavy sweat. Classes begin and end in Shavasana with a guided awareness/relaxation. You learn poses with precise alignment and supports to release the tension deep in your body along your spine. The teacher helps you find the alignment and propping that you need to get the most out of the pose. With these poses you have tools to manage your stress and pain. Students report many benefits for their body, mind and more - including deep relaxation, better sleep, less pain, and more calm. Over time, you find increased strength, flexibility and well being.
