KMA Organizing is launching a free monthly workshop series via Zoom that focuses on the intersection of home organization and mental health at 7 p.m. on September 17, 2024. Through practical strategies and expert advice, attendees will learn how to create spaces that foster peace, productivity and mental clarity, making the online offering a valuable resource for anyone looking to improve their quality of life.
In this workshop, participants will explore the impact of clutter on mental health and learn how an organized space can alleviate stress and anxiety. Topics will include establishing routines to reduce decision-making stress, sharing responsibilities to foster teamwork and teach life skills, and overcoming common roadblocks like lack of time and sentimental attachments. Further, participants will gain practical guidance on how to start their organizing journey, set priorities and maintain momentum.
“As more people recognize the impact of their environment on their well-being, these workshops will offer essential support and guidance to help individuals overcome the overwhelm of starting and sticking to their organizing projects,” says founder and owner Katy Annulli. “By focusing on the powerful connection between home organization and mental health, it will provide the tools and guidance needed to start their organizing journey with confidence.”
