Biomagnetic
Pair Therapy (BPT) is a holistic modality that can help relieve and unlock the
root cause of mental health issues. This method is unique and effective because
it works on both a cellular and an energetic level. How does the health and
energetics of our body’s cells translate to the state of our mental wellness?
The answer is this: emotions are a distinct form of energy.
We
all experience our emotions in an energetic way. For example, when we are happy
and excited, our energy is up and buzzing. On the flip side, when we are sad,
our energy is low and we feel lethargic. When we block ourselves from fully
experiencing and expressing our emotions due to cultural expectations, trauma
or other reasons, the energy remains in our cells. It has been well documented
that unprocessed emotions over time can lead to anxiety, depression, gastrointestinal
problems, sleep issues, muscle tension and even increased risk for
cardiovascular disease.
To understand this psychosomatic phenomenon, it is
important to recognize that emotional energy has a voltage and when it is not
discharged, it becomes suppressed as electrical tension. This can be quite burdensome
on the body and can have significant impacts on the central nervous system.
Since the nervous system interacts with the cells of our entire body, including
the digestive, endocrine and immune system, it can lead to a wide variety of
manifestations. Both Traditional Chinese Medicine and the ancient healing
science of Ayurveda believe that physical symptoms are indications of emotional
dysregulation. Modern medical research is expanding in this area and supports
the compelling link between our mental and emotional well-being and physical
health.
It
is possible to release accumulated energy from unresolved emotions and restore
good health using Biomagnetic Pair Therapy. Humans are electromagnetic in nature
and therefore respond quite well to therapeutic magnets. The modality uses the
polarity of positive and negative magnets on highly specific locations on the
body to create a neutral environment for cells to recalibrate and return to
homeostasis. BPT has successfully been practiced since the 1980s to treat HIV,
Epstein Barr Virus, Lyme disease and many other pathogen-related illnesses. The
founder of BPT, Dr. Isaac Goiz, discovered more than 250 biomagnetic pairs during
his career. The practice of biomagnetism has continued to evolve to include
pairs for emotional healing.
The Emotion Protocol, developed by Biomagnetic
Pair Practitioner Janelle Salzman of We Are Indra (WeAreIndra.com) features
a comprehensive list of emotions to be scanned for in the evaluation process on
top of the many pathogens that can wreak havoc on the body. With the application
of biomagnetic pairs, people can begin to fully process and release the energy
of stuck emotions. They start to feel lighter and brighter as emotional and
mental shifts take place. Additionally, physical improvements often follow such
as decreased inflammation, relieved constipation, or faded eczema and
psoriasis. The depth of the interconnection between the
heart, mind and body is incredible.
Biomagnetic
Pair Therapy can be a wonderfully supportive tool to help people attain
emotional, mental and physical wellness. The heart, mind, and body inherently
strive for alignment and balance. Biomagnetic Pair Therapy supports this on a molecular
level and therefore it is a great addition to other approaches in managing
mental wellness.
